MOSTRA INTERNAZIONALE DEL CINEMA DI BRACCIANO I EDIZIONE
La Mostra del Cinema di Bracciano è un evento annuale che si tiene nel meraviglioso borgo di Bracciano, ai bordi del lago e a due passi da Roma. Si svolge nel mese Settembre ed è organizzata dal collettivo Papermoon – cinema dalla carta alla luna, dall’associazione Cultura Movens e dall’associazione di promozione sociale Gasp.
La mostra ha sezioni competitive per lungometraggi e cortometraggi di finzione o documentari, lavori sperimentali e di video-arte, videoclip musicali, soggetti per cortometraggi.
La serata di proiezione dei finalisti e di premiazione si svolgerà a Settembre 2022.
La Mostra non ha scopo di lucro, la quota d’iscrizione servirà a coprire i costi di realizzazione e le attività sociali dell’associazione Gasp sul territorio.
Una giuria qualificata, i cui nomi e curriculum saranno resi noti sul sito della Mostra, assegnerà il premio alla migliore opera di ogni categoria, e al miglior soggetto.
Sono previsti premi in denaro e targhe.
L’ufficio stampa della Mostra promuoverà a mezzo stampa e sui social l’evento e i lavori selezionati.
Il festival è gemellato con Il Ceprano Film Festival, le opere vincitrici dei due festival saranno proiettate anche presso il festival gemello.

Miglior lungometraggio: euro 300 + targa
Miglior cortometraggio: euro 150 + targa
Miglior videoclip: targa
Miglior corto sperimentale o di video-arte: euro 150 + targa
Miglior soggetto per cortometraggio: premio Papermoon – Cinema dalla Carta alla Luna per la realizzazione del cortometraggio. La troupe del collettivo Papermoon metterà a disposizione maestranze e strumentazione per realizzare l’opera, che sarà proiettata in apertura della seconda edizione della Mostra.
Premio Cultura Movens votato dagli studenti dei licei di Bracciano: targa.
REGOLAMENTO
PER CORTOMETRAGGI, LUNGOMETRAGGI, VIDEOCLIP E CORTI SPERIMENTALI/DI VIDEO-ARTE
Il tema per i lungometraggi, i cortometraggi ed i videoclip è libero.
Sono ammesse opere nazionali ed internazionali inedite o che abbiano partecipato ad altri festival, realizzate a partire dal 1° Gennaio 2019, i cui diritti siano nel pieno possesso degli autori.
La durata dei cortometraggi deve essere inferiore a 30 minuti.
La durata dei lungometraggi deve essere superiore a 52 minuti.
Non sono previsti pagamenti agli autori per la proiezione delle proprie opere nel corso della Mostra.
Un file dcp o un master alta definizione del lavoro deve essere reso disponibile nel caso di selezione per essere proiettato.
PER I SOGGETTI DI CORTOMETRAGGI
Per i soggetti di cortometraggi la regola è: unità di luogo. La storia cioè deve svolgersi in un unico luogo, interno o esterno che sia. Sono ammessi soggetti per documentario, finzione, cinema sperimentale e video-arte, i cui diritti siano nel pieno possesso degli autori.
La lunghezza dei soggetti è di massimo 3 cartelle.
PER TUTTE LE OPERE
Non sono ammesse opere a carattere discriminatorio, razzista, sessista, omofobo.
Gli autori si assumono, iscrivendo le proprie opere alla Mostra, la piena responsabilità di eventuali violazioni del diritto d’autore.
QUOTA DI ISCRIZIONE
Lungometraggi 10 euro
Cortometraggi documentari, di finzione, sperimentali o di video-arte 5 euro
Videoclip musicali 2.50 euro
Soggetti per cortometraggi 10 euro
La quota d’iscrizione non è rimborsabile, eccezion fatta per la mancata realizzazione della Mostra per qualsiasi motivo. In questo caso tutte le quote d’iscrizione saranno ovviamente rimborsate.

1st BRACCIANO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
The Bracciano International Film Festival is an annual event realized in the gorgeous neighborhood of Bracciano, along the lake, near Rome. It takes place in September and is organized by the Papermoon collective – cinema from paper to the moon, the Cultura Movens association and the Gasp social promotion association.
The exhibition has competitive sections for feature films and fictional or documentary short films, experimental and video-art works, music videos, subjects for short films.
The screening of the finalists and the awards ceremony will take place on September 22th.
The exhibition is not for profit, the registration fee will cover the costs of the festival and the social activity of the Gasp in the area.
A qualified jury, whose names and curriculum vitae will be announced on the exhibition website, will assign the prize to the best work in each category, and to the best subject.
There are cash prizes and plaques.
The press office of the Exhibition will promote the event and the selected works in the press and on social media.
The festival is twinned with the Ceprano Film Festival, the winning works of the two festivals will also be screened at the other festival.

Best subject for short film: Papermoon – Cinema dalla Carta alla Luna award for the making of the short film. The troupe of the Papermoon collective will provide workers and equipment to create the work, which will be screened at the opening of the second edition of the exhibition.

RULES
FOR SHORT FILMS, FEATURE FILMS, VIDEOCLIP AND EXPERIMENTAL / VIDEO-ART SHORT FILMS
The theme for feature films, short films and video clips is free.
The selection is open to national and international works that are unpublished or that have participated in other festivals, created starting from 1 January 2019, whose rights are in the full possession of the authors are admitted.
The duration of the short films must be less than 30 minutes.
The length of the feature films must be more than 52 minutes.
There are no payments to the authors for the projection of their works during the exhibition.
A dcp file or a high definition master of the work must be made available in the case of selection to be screened.
FOR SHORT FILMS SUBJECTS

Selection is open for documentaries, fiction and experimental/video-arts subjects, the rights of which must be in the full possession of the authors.

FOR ALL WORKS
Discriminatory, racist, sexist, homophobic works are not allowed.
By submitting their works to the exhibition, the authors assume full responsibility for any violations of copyright.

The registration fee is not refundable, except for the non-realization of the exhibition for any reason. In this case all the entry fees will be obviously refund.
